Layla is a 10-week-old, 7-lb mixed breed puppy, part of the sweet and silly “L” litter. These pups all look so different that we’re pretty sure there was more than one dad involved! They were rescued after being given away in a parking lot in Louisiana, and now they’re thriving in foster care. We expect them to grow to around 25–35 lbs.

Layla is an absolute love bug with the cutest ears and a huge desire to be close to her people. She’s clever and determined—she can climb some types of fencing or gates, but her mission is simply to get to you. When she “escapes,” she runs right into your arms. She adores being held, cuddled, and doted on.

Like her siblings, she’s doing great with kennel training and house training, though she is still young and will need continued guidance. She loves toys, enjoys being with other dogs, and is doing wonderfully with the cats in her foster home.
