Mia (pronounced me-uh) is a 7.5-month-old female husky mix — though she’s on the smaller side for the breed. She’s solid white with stunning blue eyes and weighs about 30 pounds, likely close to her full adult size.

Mia has a lot of energy and would thrive with a very active individual or couple. She can be a bit standoffish with new people at first but warms up quickly. She’s smart, food-motivated, and will enjoy training. She’s kennel trained, sleeps in her crate at night, and hasn’t had an accident in the house in weeks.

She loves toys, loves to play, and is always ready for an adventure — hikes, walks, and outings are her happy place. Mia would benefit from regular playdates or a well-balanced dog companion who can help her continue building confidence.

Her past is unclear; she was originally given away as a free puppy at a gas station, so we don’t know her parents or siblings. What we do know is that she’s a very loyal dog who will alert bark when she senses something unusual but stops when reassured.

Mia will do best in a relatively calm household without too much activity or chaos; young children may be overwhelming for her. With the right person or family, she’ll be a devoted, adventurous, loving companion.
