Sweetheart is true to her name.  She is a sweet puppy, a bit shy at first.  She has a submissive, gentle personality.  All she wants is to be loved on.  Her personality blossoms the more she knows you and the more comfortable she feels.   

She is a playful pup, and likes to roll over for belly rubs.  She has done well with the dogs and cats she has met in foster care.  She is always wagging her tail.  Sweetheart is treat oriented, so she should train easily.   She won't be a very big adult, probably around 35-40 lbs.

Sweetheart was found stray in Louisiana by a good Samaritan.  She wanted to be 'rescued' and gave herself up easily, no drama, she was asking for help.  

Her adopter will be kind and gentle, giving her time to decompress. Every day, Sweetheart will be grateful to be part of your family.
