Rowdy and another dog, Bullet, were rescued from their run down LA home when their owner passed away.  They were not discovered for 2 weeks and were pretty shaky when they were found.  His new family will be very patient, allow him plenty of time to decompress, settle in, take in his new surroundings and get to know everyone on his schedule.
