Meet Roscoe!

Roscoe is a 3-year-old, 40-pound beagle/hound mix with the sweetest brown coat and an even sweeter heart. He’s got a little swagger in his step thanks to an old injury (he was shot at before rescue—unbelievable, we know!), but don’t worry—his limp doesn’t slow him down from loving life.

Roscoe is all about the people—he’s friendly, affectionate, and always happy to see you. He enjoys hanging out with his kennel buddies Betty Lou and another male pup, and he gets along just fine with Speckles too. He’s still figuring out his comfort zone with some other dogs, but given his rough start, that’s understandable. With the right friends and a safe home, this guy’s loyalty will shine.

He’s fully vetted, heartworm negative, and ready to start his new chapter with a family who will love him for the resilient, lovable hound he is.
