Male, 12 wks, 14 lbs
Rocket is true to his name, a fun loving, high energy puppy
He was born deaf and with a malformed right eye, which is blind
His vision is good in his left eye, and he gets around just fine
Adopters must be willing to learn hand signals to communicate and train him
He can play fetch if the toy is thrown in his vision range
He LOVES his toys, and plays well with other puppies
His ideal home will be with another dog he can play with and learn from 
Rocket was pulled from a Louisiana shelter by a rescue after his mom and littermates were surrendered.  Shelter staff felt he would not do well in the shelter. 
He is currently pee pad trained
