Raoul is a 1.5-yr-old, 8.5-lb chihuahua with a sweet heart and a spirited personality. He came from a tough situation and is still learning the ropes, so he’ll need a patient, understanding home willing to help him build confidence and manners. But with the right person, this little guy is going to shine.

Raoul is good with other dogs, playful, toy-obsessed, crate trained, and wonderfully loyal — the kind of pup who will happily follow you everywhere. He’s not timid, he’s not fragile, and he’s definitely not short on personality.

He is still working on housetraining, and he’s unsure about cold weather (though he rocks a cute coat!). He’s still learning about the world, so older kids only, and he’s unknown with cats.

Raoul is a work in progress, but he’s also a dog with a huge heart and so much love to give. With time and patience, he will grow into an amazing, devoted companion.
