Louise has shown what resilience is all about! This sweet girl was found behind a Walmart in St. Albans after either being abused or struck by a car. She was injured and bleeding, with a broken jaw, and no one came forward to claim her. Thankfully, she was taken to safety, given veterinary care, and is now recovering in a loving foster home.

Despite all she’s been through, Louise has the gentlest spirit. She is friendly with people, other dogs, and even cats. She loves affection, craves kindness, and is quickly learning that the world can be a safe place.

At only 8 months old, Louise has her whole life ahead of her—and she’s ready to spend it as a cherished family member. With her soft heart and forgiving nature, she’s sure to be a loyal, loving companion for the family lucky enough to call her their own.
