He is a happy dog, likes to meet people, outgoing, his tail is always wagging
He's met some dogs and done fine with them
An old injury to his right eye has left it cloudy with no vision, but he has no issues because of it.
Kringle was a Louisiana stray.  Smart boy, he walked into a vet clinic and asked for help!
