At just 10 months old, 30 pound  mini bully/staffy mix is exactly what her name suggests—a true gem. Jade is kennel-trained, walks nicely on a leash, adores car rides, and is an Olympic-level snuggler. Everywhere she goes she draws a crowd—because, well… she’s adorable, unique, and simply irresistible.

Jade’s backstory isn’t a fairytale. She was found on a hunting lease in Louisiana, and we believe an old gunshot injury caused her to lose an eye. But one of the remarkable things about dogs is how they refuse to let their past define their future. Jade is no exception. She lives every day with joy, resilience, and a whole lot of wiggles. And don’t worry—she gets around beautifully with one eye.

She loves being with her people, enjoys playtime, and is good with other dogs, though she can get overwhelmed by very high-energy pups. She’s truly a people dog—happy to coexist with another dog but not dependent on one. She’s also learning about cats; she hasn’t fully made up her mind, but so far she’s been respectful and curious in the best way.

Above all, Jade wants to please. She wants to be loved. And she cannot wait for a family of her very own.
