At 6 yrs old, Henry has already lived a lifetime’s worth of adventure. This medium-sized pittie mix survived the streets of Dallas, TX, and somehow emerged with the sweetest, most people-loving spirit. He’s the kind of dog who meets you once and decides you’re family.

Henry bonds fast and loves deeply. If you’re heading out for a ride, he’s in the passenger seat. If you’re strolling the neighborhood, he’s right there with you, taking it all in. And if you have a yard? Get ready for the zoomies. He thrives with space to stretch his legs and chase that pure, joyful burst of energy.

And after playtime? He melts into the ultimate snuggle buddy — soft eyes, warm weight, full devotion.

Henry completed a full obedience bootcamp in Dallas and comes home with an excellent training foundation. He walks nicely on leash when he’s not overwhelmed and responds well to his e-collar and remote (included in his adoption).

Henry adores people and enjoys playing with other dogs. He does best with slow, structured introductions to help him feel safe.

He’s currently working on his on-leash reactivity — he may bark or pull when triggered — but he’s improving with consistent practice. He is not yet cat tested but so far shows low prey drive. Henry will thrive with calm, confident leadership and guidance.

Henry is neutered, fully vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to join a family that has room for zoomies, affection, and a whole lot of heart.
