Clyde is a 9-month-old, 20-lb mixed-breed pup with gorgeous merle markings and a gentle soul. He and Roscoe were tossed over the fence at a veterinary clinic a few months ago, so their history is unknown.

The smaller of the two, Clyde is incredibly sweet and affectionate. He can be a little shy at first and tends to look to Roscoe when he’s unsure about something. When the boys are separated, Clyde will sometimes whine — he clearly feels safest with his buddy nearby.

He’s playful, active, and loves toys and outdoor adventures. But Clyde’s favorite moments are the quiet ones — cuddling up with his person or snuggling close to Roscoe after a good play session. He’s especially tender-hearted and bonds deeply.

Clyde is still building confidence. Stairs can make him a little nervous, but he’s already starting to try them more bravely. With patience, gentle guidance, and a calm, loving home, Clyde is going to blossom beautifully.

He gets along well with other dogs and would likely do best in a home with another confident canine companion to help him feel secure. Like Roscoe, he will need a securely fenced yard, as he’s curious and enjoys exploring.

Clyde is a soft-hearted, loyal little guy who just needs someone to believe in him — and once you do, he’ll be yours forever.
