Blueberry didn’t have the best start in life spending his first two years as a breeding dog, always crated and in the garage.  Now that he is in a loving foster home Blue is anxiously learning about the world around him and coming out of his shell.  Due to his sheltered life, many things that we take for granted are new for Blue so he is very curious but calm and careful at the same time.  He is literally the perfect dog!

Super sweet, polite and extremely intelligent, Blue already follows rules and knows his boundaries.  He is crate trained, sleeps through the night, goes in and out the dog door and is a pro riding in the car.  Blue is still learning to walk on a leash but will stay by your side every minute while unleashed.  Although Blue will enjoy going for a walk; he does not need a lot of exercise and is very happy to curl up in a bed and sit at your feet for the entire day!  Blueberry gets along with other dogs and although he doesn’t have any experience with cats or children, he is so mild mannered he would likely adjust just fine with slow and careful introductions.
