If you are looking for a four legged companion to go on hikes, walks, adventures or even just play ball with in the back yard, Beano is your guy. He’s the most happy, fun loving, friendly boy. He’s about 2 years old and while he is a big boy, weighing around 65lbs, he’s eager to please and enjoys every opportunity to be with you.

He loves to play fetch, loves to meet people, and is a big baby. His previous owners abandoned him at a vet clinic when he was young and he sat waiting for them to return, but sadly, to avoid paying his bill, they never did. Beano has a cat friend where he is currently living, but hasn’t met other cats, although he would likely do well with the proper introduction. He plays well with other dogs his size. He doesn’t know he’s big, and he thinks everyone wants to play and be friends, so he can be a bit much for older or smaller dogs, although he’s learning to be respectful and give space when other dogs don’t want to play.

Beano is extremely loyal and is happiest when he’s with his people, playing with toys, rolling in the grass, or just hanging out on the couch with you. He spent over a year waiting for his original family to come back for him, it’s time he has his own family who loves him and appreciates what a great boy he is. Beano is kennel trained, house trained, and knows basic obedience. He will be a wonderful addition to an active home.
