This 3-year-old Border Collie–Lab mix is a 45-pound bundle of energy, intelligence, and love. With his bright mind and eager-to-please personality, he’s always ready to learn something new—especially if treats are involved! Highly food-motivated, he picks up on training quickly and would thrive with an owner who enjoys engaging him both mentally and physically.

He’s incredibly sweet and affectionate, forming strong bonds with his people and always happy to shower you with love after a fun day of play. Because of his high energy and desire for attention, he would do best as the only pet in the home, where he can soak up all the companionship he craves.

Whether it’s long walks, hikes, or backyard games, he’s the perfect match for an active household looking for a loyal, smart, and loving companion. Does well in the crate, and great with kids. Can play well with other dogs, although the border collie in him tends to stick out  turning play into chase and the tendency to “control” another dog.
