He is a professional counter surfer and tailgater who believes everything should be a game
Kip was rescued after being abused as a puppy, and learned some defensive behaviors as a result
He does have a bite history, and will not be placed with children
His ideal home with have lots of land, no neighbors, a fenced in yard, and a doggie playmate or two 
Kip is currently living with an experienced foster mom who can provide extensive information about Kip
He is thriving with a quiet, stable homelife and a predictable schedule
