Katana is a very special girl
Thrown from a vehicle traveling close to 70MPH on the highway, in southern Louisiana; was picked up by man in a truck who was following the vehicle
Covered in road rash, she amazingly had no broken bones; after several weeks of care, she has healed and is in a foster home
Very energetic
Lives for affection despite her history
Gets the best zoomies you’ve ever seen.
Very happy
Good with other dogs, with proper introduction,; can come on strong, as she gets very excited, which can intimidate some dogs
Has lived with cats, but has mixed emotions about them; prefers they stay out of her personal bubble.
Kennel-trained
Walks well on a leash but he needs reminders to “slow her roll” when she starts to pull
Would love a family who likes to go on walks or play in the yard; she can’t do big hikes or run marathons, but she loves to play and enjoys running just to run
Would love someone to snuggle with and watch movies or just lay with her.
